    Our technical team will be working throughout the night to further strengthen the network infrastructure and perform multiple optimization tests aimed at improving overall performance and resilience.

    Over the past few days, we’ve experienced intermittent network disconnections starting from Saturday. While the situation initially appeared under control, it escalated today into a more serious outage.

    Services are now partially restored, and the network is operational again. Our technical team continues to closely monitor and stabilize the infrastructure to ensure full recovery.

    Based on our latest analysis, we believe we’ve identified and isolated the root cause of the DDoS attacks targeting our network. However, we’re remaining cautious, the attacks have been highly sophisticated, and we’re implementing additional protective measures to prevent further incidents.

    We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding while we work through this situation. Further updates will be provided as stability is fully restored.

    We are currently experiencing intermittent issues related to DDoS attacks targeting our network.
    Our mitigation system automatically re-routes traffic to GSL to maintain stability, however, we’ve identified an issue affecting the re-route process both on our side and on the Backbone.direct side, our upstream provider, which prevents re-routing from functioning optimally.

    As a result, brief connection spikes and short disconnections lasting a few milliseconds may occur during high-traffic periods.
    These incidents do not cause full downtime, and most attacks continue to be successfully mitigated.

    We’re actively working on improvements to the rerouting mechanism across both sides to enhance stability and reduce impact.

    This incident has been resolved.

    Unfortunately, NeoProtect has decided to permanently shut down its services. Fortunately, we were not caught unprepared and resolved the situation quickly. In the meantime, however, we are still working on some things, and therefore, in the subnets where Neoprotect was the upstream, there may be micro lags that should end within a few hours.

    We're aware of frequent disconnections among customers within NeoProtect protected range.

    Unfortunately, this was caused by large-scale attacks against their network, which is impacting all their customers, including us.

    At the moment, the attacks are averaging approximately 10-20 Tbit/s peak.

    Their engineers and team, along with CDN77, are working to find a solution. Until then, the situation remains under control.
