We are currently experiencing a major outage caused by a critical power failure at our data center provider.
This issue is outside of our direct control, but we are actively working with the facility engineers, who are already on-site, to restore power and bring all systems back online safely.
At this time, services have been offline for several hours. Recovery is in progress, but full restoration is taking longer than expected due to the nature of the incident.
What we are doing:
* Coordinating directly with the data center emergency response team
* Monitoring hardware integrity during power restoration
* Gradually bringing systems back online to avoid further issues
