All services have now been fully restored following the earlier outage.
The disruption was caused by an unexpected power event that occurred during infrastructure work being performed at the datacenter facility, which impacted one of our racks.
Our team immediately coordinated with the datacenter engineers to restore full service as quickly as possible. Systems are currently stable and under close monitoring.
