Following the earlier datacenter power event, the Black Friday node did not recover correctly and has been identified as experiencing a hardware-level failure (motherboard).
The datacenter is shipping replacement components, and full hardware replacement is scheduled. We currently expect the node to return to service by Friday.
Customer data is expected to remain intact based on current diagnostics.
If you require temporary capacity in the meantime, please open a support ticket and our team will assist where possible.
