Black Friday Node – Hardware Replacement in Progress

Following the earlier datacenter power event, the Black Friday node did not recover correctly and has been identified as experiencing a hardware-level failure (motherboard).

The datacenter is shipping replacement components, and full hardware replacement is scheduled. We currently expect the node to return to service by Friday.

Customer data is expected to remain intact based on current diagnostics.

If you require temporary capacity in the meantime, please open a support ticket and our team will assist where possible.

We will provide further updates as work progresses.

The vast majority of systems are fully operational.

A single node is still undergoing recovery checks following the power event and is expected to return to full service shortly.

All services have now been fully restored following the earlier outage.

The disruption was caused by an unexpected power event that occurred during infrastructure work being performed at the datacenter facility, which impacted one of our racks.

Our team immediately coordinated with the datacenter engineers to restore full service as quickly as possible. Systems are currently stable and under close monitoring.

We are working with the datacenter provider on a detailed root cause analysis and will share further updates if needed.

Today we completed the infrastructure migration at our Amsterdam location.


During the operation, a temporary downtime occurred at this location as part of the planned maintenance activities.


While reconnecting the servers to the network, some connectivity issues were encountered. Our team worked promptly to resolve them, and the situation is now stabilized in the vast majority of cases.


Virtual machines are currently starting up progressively. If any service is still unreachable, it is likely still in the boot process.



⚠️ Node Under Investigation



We are currently investigating an issue affecting one or two infrastructure nodes identified during the reactivation phase. The root cause is under analysis, and further updates will be provided as soon as more information becomes available.


Customers with active backup services remain fully protected.


Further updates will follow if necessary.

Hardware Problems
It appears that some nodes have been experiencing sudden reboots for a few days, a clear sign that something is wrong. This morning, our technicians intervened and found several issues of various kinds, which were promptly resolved after a few hours of intervention. There should therefore be no further problems, everything appears to have been successful.

We will continue to monitor the situation in the coming days.
