At approximately 17:40 today, we will perform extraordinary maintenance activities aimed at increasing infrastructure redundancy, with a focus on network and power systems, in collaboration with the datacenter.

Today we completed the infrastructure migration at our Amsterdam location.
During the operation, a temporary downtime occurred at this location as part of the planned maintenance activities.
While reconnecting the servers to the network, some connectivity issues were encountered. Our team worked promptly to resolve them, and the situation is now stabilized in the vast majority of cases.
Virtual machines are currently starting up progressively. If any service is still unreachable, it is likely still in the boot process.

We are currently investigating an issue affecting one or two infrastructure nodes identified during the reactivation phase. The root cause is under analysis, and further updates will be provided as soon as more information becomes available.
Customers with active backup services remain fully protected.
